文章介绍了班杜拉的自我效能感的含义、作用机制以及它的影响因素,分析了自我效能对学生的德育、智育、体育、美育以及心理健康教育五个方面全面发展的影响,阐明了提高自我效能感的途径。
The article introduced the implication and functional mechanism of Ban-dura's self-efficacy, analyzed its impact on moral education, intellectual education, physical education, art education and psychology education. It also elaborated the ways of improving the self-efficacy.
