中职生学习倦怠及其与心理一致感的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用学习倦怠量表和心理一致感量表对474名中等职业院校学生进行调查,结果发现:中职生中普遍存在着学习倦怠现象;学习倦怠在性别、年级、生源地、家庭结构上存在着显著差异,在专业方面不存在显著差异;心理一致感与学习倦怠呈现出中等程度的显著负相关;心理一致感能够解释学习倦怠中35.4%的变异。基于此,中等职业教育应从改善学生归因风格,提升其心理可控感;开展认知训练,提高学生自我效能感;合理设置课程结构,加强学法指导;传递正能量,提高心理一致感来减轻学生学习倦怠,提高学习效率。 In order to know the status of secondary vocational students' learning burnout and reveal the relationship between learning burnout and sense of coherence, by investigating 474 secondary vocational students with "Learning Burnout Questionnaire" and "Sense of Coherence Scale", the results show that secondary vocational students' learning burnout is a widespread phenomenon; secondary vocational students' learning burnout has significant difference in gender, grade, birthplace, family structure, but it has no significant difference in major; It is a significant moderate negative correlation between learning burnout and sense of coherence. Sense of coherence can explain 35.4% of the variation in learning burnout. Based on these, secondary vocational education should reduce students' learning burnout and improve the learning efficiency by these ways: Improving students' attribution style and promoting their mental control feeling; developing cognitive training and improving students' self-efficacy; setting up reasonable curriculum structure and strengthening the research method instruction; transmitting positive energy and improving the psychological sense.
