摘要
使用冷风、微量可自然降解油剂 (植物油或脂油 )和少量水 ,经喷雾形成的微量油膜附水滴切削液替代传统切削液 ,并在加工中心机床上与切削液分别采用微量油、微量水及乳化液的切削加工进行对比试验。试验结果表明 ,微量油膜附水滴切削液能使切削力减少 30 %左右 ,且具有良好的润滑和冷却效果 ,适用于切削加工。
Cooled air, the minimum botanic or ester oils and a small amount of water were used to form the cutting fluids of minimum oils on water (OoW) by means of mist-jet so as to replace traditional cutting fluids. A large number of cutting experiments were carried out on a machining center using OoW cutting fluids in comparison with oil mist, water mist and emulsion flood coolant. The experimental results have further showed that OoW cutting fluids can cut down about 30% cutting forces and also have good lubricating and cooling effects, which are applicable to cutting processes.
