摘要
介绍了准干切削技术的主要内容以及准干切削技术的三种重要实现方法:雾化冷却润滑切削技术、低温切削技术、微量润滑切削技术,研究了各个技术的优缺点,分析了各个技术的实现难点,并对准干切削技术的前景进行了展望。
The main content of near dry machining is introduced in this paper, it also presents three important methods to realize near dry machining: mist -spray lubrication, cryogenic machining technology and minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) , the advantages and disadvantages of each technology are investigated, the difficulties of each technology are shown, and the prospect of near dry machining is also previewed.
