摘要 利用均匀设计方法对三维打印成形的粉末配方进行了试验研究,对试验数据进行回归分析,建立了粉末成分配方对制件性能的多元非线性回归方程。设计了粉末配方的多目标优化模型,利用MATLAB软件求解出最佳配方并通过试验加以验证。采用均匀设计试验进行回归分析和优化是安排多水平配方设计的良好方法。 The uniform design method was used to conduct an experimental study of powder mixtures for three dimensional printing. Through regression analysis of the experimental data, mutil-variant nonlinear equations for the formed products' performance to the powder mixtures were established. A mutil-objective optimization model for the powder mixture was designed. The best mixture was obtained by using MATLAB software and tested through experiments. The use of the uniform design method for regression analysis and optimization is a good way for mixtures design at multiple levels.
