摘要
本文分析了车牌字符识别的技术要点,对照了各种不同的解决方法。
This paper analyses main technical points of vehicle license plate character identification, and research different relative resolutions.At last, the paper points out that using different level to classify the character is a better way to ensure the rapidness and correctness.
