摘要
喷雾场中液滴的大小和数量是评价雾化质量及雾化特性的重要途径.数码照相法成为测量喷雾液滴的新兴手段.由于光照不均的限制,获得的图像均会产生亮度不均的情况,影响图像的二值化处理结果.运用减去背景法校正喷雾液滴图像的亮度不均;采用对比度扩展方法增强液滴图像;通过最大类间方差法对喷雾液滴图像进行阈值分割,获得了良好的喷雾液滴二值图像.试验表明,预处理方法能将喷雾液滴有效地从背景中分割出来.
The size and quantity of drops are the important index to appraise the spray quality and the spray characteristics. The photography with digital camera has become newly arisen means of measuring the spray drops. The drops image with uneven brightness can not be segmented effectively. The main algorithm is as follows. Removing background correctes the uneven brightness; Pixel operation overcomes the characteristics of low contrast of the drops image. Maximum variance is adopted to effectively segment drops image. According to the experiment:It is proved that the algorithm of image processing divides the drops from the background;It is the basis of measuring the parameters of spray drops.
