摘要
通过油膜附水滴(OoW)切削液与干切削及乳化液润滑切削的对比试验,对OoW切削液的机械加工性能进行了研究。结果表明,OoW切削液具有良好的冷却润滑效果。采用OoW切削液的实验中,主切削力明显减小,切屑无烧伤现象,加工工件表面质量有明显提高。
The work studied the Oil-on-Water (OoW) coolant on its machining performance through a contrast test that using three kind of method OoW cutting,dry cutting and emulsified liquid cutting. The results showed that the OoW coolant has a good effect of cooling and lubrication. In the experiment of using OoW coolant, the main cutting force reduced obviously and the chips have no burn problem and the quality of machined surface improved obviously.
