摘要 低温冷风切削是绿色切削加工技术中的一个重要分支,而向切削区供给低温冷风是研究和应用该项技术的前提。采用以半导体制冷为核心、结合蒸气压缩制冷的复合制冷方法研制了一种新型切削用冷风发生装置,并对其进行了性能测试。测试结果表明,该装置可向切削区提供-26℃的低温冷风,且制冷速度快、负荷可调性强、可靠性高、易于实现冷风温度的连续调节和精确控制,具有广阔的应用前景。 Cooling gas cutting is one of the important branches of green cutting technology, and the precondition of research and application of this technology is to supply cold gas to the cutting zone. Composite refrigeration method, in which semiconductor refrigeration was taken as core, combined with vapor-compression refrigeration, was firstly adopted to develop a kind of novel cooling gas generator used in cutting. Meanwhile experiments were carried out for testing the performance of this cooling gas generator. The experimental results show that this equipment may supply -26 ℃ cold gas to the cutting zone, and possesses high refrigeration speed, adjustment capacity, credibility and control abilities of the temperature of cold gas, and hence has a broad application foreground.
