摘要
对某铁路机务、车辆、工务系统若干单位的职业卫生现状进行调查分析。接触职业病危害因素作业职工16 777人次,其中粉尘、物理因素、化学毒物分别占19.2%、71.8%和9.0%;噪声、粉尘和有机溶剂是主要的职业病危害因素,超标作业点最多的是噪声,符合率为58.4%;2018年19 928人参加职业健康检查,检出职业禁忌证占6.5%。根据调查情况提出应加强职业卫生知识培训、落实职业卫生管理制度、改进生产设备和生产工艺、改进劳动组织和重视职业紧张危害等。
The occupational health status of some units in a railway locomotive,vehicle and permanent system was investigated and analyzed.There were 16,777 workers exposed to occupational hazards,of whom dust,physical factors and chemical poisons accounted for 19.2%,71.8%and 9.0%respectively.Noise,dust and organic solvents are the main occupational hazard factors,and noise is the most common operating point exceeding the standard,with the coincidence rate of 58.4%.In 2018,19,928 people took part in occupational health examination,and occupational contraindication was found to be 6.5%.According to the investigation,it is suggested that occupational health knowledge training should be strengthened,occupational health management system should be implemented,production equipment and technology should be improved,labor organization should be improved,and occupational stress hazards should be paid attention to.
