摘要
目的:调查铁路车辆系统职工睡眠质量的影响因素,分析其手机依赖、睡眠质量、焦虑程度3者之间的关系,并探讨焦虑对铁路车辆系统职工手机依赖与睡眠质量的中介作用。方法:采用手机依赖问卷(MPAI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对某铁路集团公司车辆系统职工进行问卷调查。结果:386名职工手机依赖、睡眠质量问题、焦虑症状检出率分别为17.62%、20.47%、45.08%,其中,MPAI、PSQI、SAS量表评分分别为(28.56±7.50)分、(7.17±3.89)分和(43.44±8.03)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,职工手机依赖、睡眠质量、焦虑之间呈正相关;回归分析发现,焦虑在手机依赖与睡眠质量之间具有完全中介作用,其中介效应占总效应比例为41.28%。结论:焦虑是影响铁路车辆系统职工手机依赖与睡眠质量的重要中介因素,建议重视铁路车辆系统从业人员的睡眠健康,预防和控制职工的睡眠障碍。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influencing factors of sleep quality of employees in railway rolling stock system,to an⁃alyze the relationship between mobile phone dependence,to sleep quality and anxiety of railway rolling stock system workers,and to explore the mediating effect of anxiety on mobile phone dependence and sleep quality of railway rolling stock system workers.METH⁃ODS Using the Mobile Phone Dependence Questionnaire(MPAI),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and Self-Assessment Anxi⁃ety Scale(SAS),a questionnaire survey was conducted among 401 employees of the rolling stock system of a railway group company.RESULTS The average points of MPAI,PSQI and SAS were(28.56±7.50),(7.17±3.89)and(43.44±8.03)respectively.There was a positive correlation between mobile phone dependence,sleep quality and anxiety;through regression analysis,it was shown that anxiety has a complete mediating effect between mobile phone dependence and sleep quality in railway rolling stock system workers,and in the total effect the mediating effect accounts for 41.28%.CONCLUSION Among the railway rolling stock system workers,anxiety is a medi⁃ating factor between the mobile phone dependence and sleep quality,and it can significantly affect the sleep quality of employees.
