摘要
目的了解某电镀工业园废水集中处理厂存在的职业病危害因素种类、工人职业病危害接触水平,评价该厂职业病危害防治现状。方法采用职业卫生调查法、职业卫生检测检验法、检查表分析法等进行综合分析与评价。结果该厂的总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病危害防护设施等基本符合职业卫生的要求;经检测,工作场所粉尘浓度、化学毒物浓度和噪声等效声级合格率均为100%。结论该厂生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素符合国家职业卫生标准限值的要求,职业病防护设施有效,职业卫生管理制度得到落实。
Objective To understand the type of occupational hazards in a centralized wastewater treatment plant of a certain electroplating industrial park and the level of workers exposed to occupational hazards,so as to evaluate occupational diseases hazards status of the plant.Methods The occupational health survey,field test and checklist method was adopted in the analysis and evaluation.Results The overall layout of the plant,the layout of the production equipment and the protection facilities for occupational hazards were basically in line with the requirements of the occupational health. Field test results showed that: the dust concentration,the chemical poison concentration and the noise equivalent sound level qualified rate were 100%.Conclusion The occupational disease hazard factors in the production process factory conform to the occupational health standard limit. The occupational disease prevention facilities are effective,and the occupational health management system is implemented.
