摘要
目的通过对嵊州市3家电镀企业主要职业危害因素的检测,为预防和控制电镀企业的职业危害,保护劳动者健康提供科学依据。方法依据相关国家标准对3家电镀企业各生产线进行布点、采样和检测。结果 3家企业的噪声不同程度合格,其他危害因素均合格,总合格率为92.21%。3家企业之间的噪声和照度存在统计学差异,且不同企业和不同生产线之间的噪声也存在统计学差异。结论噪声是3家企业的主要危害因素,且不同企业同一生产线和同一企业不同生产线的噪声强度不同。
Objective To analyze the major occupational hazard factors in three electroplating enterprises and provide scientific basis for the occupational hazards prevention and the worker＇health protection. Methods According to the relevant national standards, all production line of three electroplating was stationed, sampled and detected. Results The noise was vary degrees of unqualified and other risk factors was qualified.The total percent of pass was 92.21% in the three companies. The intensity of noise and illumination had statistical differences in different enterprises. The intensity of noise also had statistical differences in different production line. Conclusion The noise is the main risk factors in three enterprise. The intensity of noise is different in the same production line of different enterprises and the different production lines of same enterprise.
