磷酸化胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1的临床应用

Study of Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein-I and Ultrasonic Cervical Length in Prediction of Delivery
摘要
临床判断宫颈成熟度一般用宫颈评分(Bishop评分)结合孕妇自述作出判断,没有相应的实验室指标.检测宫颈分泌物中磷酸化胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)正是弥补了这一不足之处.检测结果反映宫颈是否成熟,提示临产的可能性.
