摘要
由于传统的社会观念和思维模式;注入式的教学方法;过分注重教师的权威,过多的规范约束;教材结构不合理,内容落后过时;不合理的考评制度以及教师缺乏创新意识和创造能力等因素阻碍了学生创新能力的培养。针对这些问题我们必须树立现代教育理念;运用启发式教学方法;创建和谐、民主、平等、宽松的教学氛围;更新教材内容;建立合理的考评制度;培养创新型教师等。
The Cultivation of students' innovative ability is affected by many factors, such as traditional social ideas and way of thinking, spoon-feeding, overemphasis of teacher's authorty, excessive criteria, unreasonable structure of teaching materials, out-of-date contents, unscientific evaluation, and teachers' lack of innovative consciousness and ability. To solve these problems, we must establish modern educational ideas, make use of Heuristic teaching methods, create a harmonious, democratic, equal and loose atmosphere, update the contents of teaching materials, set up a scientific evaluation system, train teachers to be innovative.
