摘要
在阐明创新能力的内涵、创新人才的的基本特征的基础上,从学校、教师和学生三个方面探讨培养和提高大学生创新能力的措施,以促进创新教育的发展和创新人才的培养。
By expounding the practical meaning of creativity and the basic characteristics of innovative talents, the paper explores methods of cultivating and developing the creativity of university students from three aspects, namely the school, the teacher and the student himself, in order to promote the development of innovation education and the cultivation of innovation talents.
