摘要
教学环节质量的提升是实现教育质量提高的前提,产出导向(OBE)教育理念为如何提升培养人才质量提供了解决路径,但改革不应停留在战略层面上,天津理工大学以工程教育改革为抓手,从学院、系(专业)和课程层面开展工科类专业系统化教学设计与持续改进,包括制定培养目标、课程教学目标分析、教学大纲修订、设置教学活动和教学评价过程,契合了教育部关于我国高等教育教学质量国家标准要求,对把握本科教学环节质量的监控、评价与持续改进,打造"金课"提供了保证,促进了教学质量的提升。
The premise to improve the education quality was the improvement of teaching links.Outcome based education(OBE)concept provided a thinking solution for how to improve the quality of personnel training,but the reform should not remain at the strategic level.Tianjin University of Technology took the reform of engineering education as its focus,and carried out the systematic instructional design and continuous improvement of engineering majors from the aspects of college,department(major)and curriculum,including the formulation of training objectives,the analysis of teaching objectives,the revision of teaching syllabus,the setting of teaching activities and the teaching evaluation process,which conformed to the national standards for teaching quality of higher education.It ensured the construction of'golden course',the monitoring,evaluation and continuous improvement of undergraduate teaching quality,and promoted the improvement of teaching quality.
