摘要
随着我国提出"中国制造2025"战略,高质量的工程技术人才成为建设制造强国的根本。加入《华盛顿协议》,标志着我国高等工程教育质量迈上了新台阶,但这只是达到了国际认证的"底线"。在后续发展中,我国应把握好《华盛顿协议》的三大理念——以学生为中心、以学业成果为导向、持续的质量提升,并以此为参照反思我国高等工程教育现实中的跨学科缺失、国际化反差和大众化"陷阱"等问题,从而实现"理念"与"现实"对接:构建跨学科培养机制,突出实践性就业能力;消弭国际化深层差异,重建等效性认证路径;转向大众化内涵建设,构筑制度性质量文化。
High-end talents of engineering and technology are essential to construct a powerful manufacturing country when Chinese government put forward the strategy of " Made in China 2025".With China′s access to the Washington Accord,it marks a new level in the quality of higher education of engineering.However,it just reaches a " bottom line" of international accreditation quality.In the process of follow-up development,we need grasp three ideas of the Accord:student-centered(SC),outcomes-based education(OBE),and continuous quality improvement(CQI),and correspondingly reflect some problems of higher education of engineering development in the interdisciplinarity,internationalization and popularization.Finally,it is aimed to match "ideas" and "realities" :the first is to build the mechanism of interdisciplinary education and highlight practical employability;the second is to eliminate underlying international differences and reconstruct paths of engineering accreditation based substantial equivalence;the last is to steer connotative construction in the mass higher education process and build up institutional quality culture.
