基于学习产出的骨科床边教学方法探索与实践

摘要 目的:探讨基于学习产出的床边教学方法在骨科见习教学中的应用与效果。方法:选取2015级74名临床医学生为研究对象,对照组、实验组分别采用传统床边教学法、基于学习产出的床边教学法,见习结束后测评教学效果。结果:两组学生采集病史、交流沟通能力等教学效果评价条目、案例分析成绩得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于学习产出的床边教学方法有助于提高学生核心能力和综合素质,为未来的临床工作奠定基础。 Objective:To explore the application and effect of the bedside teaching methods based on learning output in Orthopedic probation teaching.Methods:74 undergraduate medicine students of grade 2015 were selected as the research objects,the control group adopted traditional bedside teaching,and the experimental group adopted the bedside teaching mode based on learning output.The bedside teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results:There was statistically significant(P<0.05)between the two groups in items of teaching effect evaluation and case analysis scores.Conclusion:The bedside teaching methods based on learning output is helpful to cultivate the clinical competence of students.
