摘要
塑料材料与配方设计是高分子材料与工程专业本科生必修的一门专业基础课,课程内容多,知识点分布广,课程内容过于抽象,学生在学习时难以掌握。随着工程教育专业认证的背景下,我们在塑料材料与配方设计课程教学中进行了一些改革与实践,通过突出工程知识,多维度的教学内容梳理和持续改进的教学修正帮助学生对本课程建立多层次的相互关联的感性认识和逻辑思维,通过专题化教学和塑料配方的案例分析讲解,让学生学会从原理上分析塑料制品的实际问题,从原理上认识问题,并提出合理的解决方案。
Plastic material and formula design is a compulsory basic professional course for undergraduates majoring in polymer materials and engineering.This course is characterized by wide distribution of knowledge points and too abstract content for students to master.With the background of engineering education certification,we have carried out some reforms and practices in the teaching of plastic materials and formula design,by highlighting the engineering knowledge,multi-dimensional fix the continual improvement of the teaching content and teaching to help students this course establishing multi-level interrelated perceptual knowledge and logical thinking,through the topical teaching and case analysis of plastic formula.The teaching goal is making students to analyze the actual problem of plastic products in principle and propose reasonable solutions.
