摘要
在幼儿绘本教学活动中,教师过分重视预设目标的达成,对幼儿现实需要敏感性低,教师自身缺乏融入绘本意识,都是以自我为中心引领教学。师幼互动具有明显的非对称性,有较强的负向性情感特征。因此,幼儿教师在绘本教学中应做到关注幼儿现实需要,有效化解与幼儿现实需要生成的冲突,建构和谐、民主、平等、对话的师幼关系,进行多元化互动;教师应进行正确的自身角色定位,做幼儿爱上阅读的"引路人"。
Kindergarten teachers pay too much attention to the achievement of the preconceived goal,which has low sensitivity to the needs of children,teachers lack self-centeredness to lead the self teaching.Neither teacher-child interaction has obvious asymmetry,nor strong negative emotion.Therefore,kindergarten teachers should pay attention to the needs of young children and effectively resolve conflicts between presuppositions and reality needs of young children.They should build a harmonious relationship between teachers and children of harmony,democracy,equality and dialogue and diversify their interactions.Teachers should clearly define their roles and make young children fall in love read the "guide".
