国家的"互联网+"战略引起了教育部门的高度重视,开始着力构建网络化、数字化、个性化、终身化的教育体系,提出建设"人人皆学、处处能学、时时可学"的学习型社会,以培养大批创新人才,促进学生的全面发展,充分发挥信息技术对教育的革命性影响作用。烹饪专业作为高职院校的特色专业,其教学也深受"互联网+"的影响。对此,本文将随"互联网+"潮流,对烹饪专业教师的教学能力提升做出分析研究。
