摘要
课堂教学是教育教学的根本,职业教育被高度重视的今天,需要特别关注课堂教学,而课堂教学的关键在于教学设计的合理性和科学性。本文以《西点工艺与实训》课程的一次典型课例(任务)——"巧克力慕斯的设计与制作"为例,在对工作任务和学情分析的基础上,进行基于工作任务的课堂教学设计的探究。
Classroom teaching is the basis of education. Vocational education is highly valuedtoday, thus special attention needs to be paid to classroom teaching, the key of which lies in the rationality and scientific nature of teaching design. This paper takes a typical task-“the design and production of chocolate mousse” in “ Western-style pastry technology and practical training” course as an example, and undertakes the research on the task-based classroom teaching design based on the analysis of the task and the learning situation.
