摘要
近几年,国家加大对劳动教育的重视,注重培养学生的劳动素养,而信息化教学已经成为现代化教育的发展方向。本研究旨在通过探索在信息技术背景下将劳动教育融入西式面点课程中,并开展有效的西式面点课程劳动教育评价体系,让学生在有趣的课堂环境中形成正确的劳动价值观从而提高劳动素养和劳动技能。
In recent years, the state has paid more attention to labor education and paid attention to cultivating students’ labor literacy, and information-based teaching has become the development direction of modern education. This study aims to explore the integration of labor education into western pastry courses under the background of information technology, and carry out an effective labor education evaluation system of western pastry courses, so as to enable students to form correct labor values in an interesting classroom environment, so as to improve labor literacy and labor skills.
