新工科背景下地方性院校本硕博贯通培养模式探究

摘要 国家发展战略对创新型人才提出了新的需求,新工科推进驱动着高校人才培养模式的不断革新。本硕博贯通的创新人才培养模式正是适应高层次人才培养工作新要求而提出的。分析了国内现有本硕博贯通培养的现状,阐述了目前存在的问题,针对地方性院校进一步提出了如何做好本硕博教育贯通培养,从明确培养目标、优化培养机制与课程管理、加大科研引导、关注国际视野等方面提出了改进措施。 The national development strategy has put forward new demands for innovative talents,and the promotion of emerging engineering education is driving the continuous innovation of talent cultivation models in universities.The innovative bachelor-master-doctor talent cultivation mode is proposed to meet the new requirements of high-level talent cultivation.The current situation of bachelor-master-doctor integrated education model in China is analyzed,and the existing problems are expounded.Further improvement measures for Beijing University of Technology as a local university in terms of clarifying training objectives are proposed,such as optimizing training mechanisms and curriculum management,increasing scientific research guidance,and paying attention to international perspectives.
