本硕博贯通式人才培养多元考核机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 与传统分段式人才培养模式相比,本硕博贯通式人才培养在一体化设计、破除壁垒、减少重复教学、因材施教等方面具有特殊优势,已逐渐成为一流高校推进教育教学改革、培养拔尖创新人才的重要举措之一。然而,在前期的探索和实践中,仍存在不少问题。基于此,本文以研究本硕博贯通式人才培养模式中的质量保证机制为目标,首先对中美两国贯通式人才培养考核方式方法进行概述和分析,然后结合本硕博贯通式人才培养的目标要求提出一些思考和建议,以期为本硕博贯通式人才培养模式的改进与完善提供借鉴与参考。 Compared with traditional segmented talent training,the Bachelor-Master-Doctor Integrated talent training has special advantages and achievements in integrated design,breaking barriers,reducing repetition,and individualized training.Therefore,it has become one of the most important measures for top universities to promote education reforms and cultivate top-notch innovation talents.However,during the past exploration and practice,many problems emerged.To close the gap,this paper investigates the quality assurance mechanism for the cultivation of bachelor-master-doctor integrated talents.Firstly,the assessment mechanisms of integrated training in China and the United States are reviewed.Secondly,targeted advice and suggestions are proposed to provide a significant reference for the development and progress of cultivation mode of bachelor-master-doctor integrated talents in China.
