摘要
企业案例教学是人力资源管理专业十分常见的教学方法。不过,对于教学资源稀缺的地方性院校来说,获取高质量的企业案例并非易事。同时,许多学生也会因缺乏必要的社会经历而难以对案例做出准确分析。因此,该文以绩效管理课程为例,建议从大学生的实际生活中挖掘案例素材,并提出一套已经经过成功实践的真实情境教学方案。该方案可以作为企业案例的补充,深化并扩展学生对于绩效管理的认知。
Business cases are very common in teaching the of professional courses of human resource management.However,obtaining high-quality cases is not an easy task for local universities with scarce teaching resources.Meanwhile,students may find it difficult to analyze the cases due to a lack of necessary social experience.Therefore,this article,taking the course Performance Management as an example,suggests looking for case materials from the actual lives of college students,and proposing a set of cases which have been successfully practiced.These cases can serve as a supplement to business cases,so as to deepen and expand students’understanding of performance management.
