摘要
目的探究针刺联合桂枝加葛根汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取南阳市中医院2020年12月—2023年1月收治的神经根型颈椎病患者70例,随机分为2组,对照组常规护理,研究组结合针刺联合桂枝加葛根汤,比较2组患者CASCS评分、生活质量、护理满意度。结果研究组CASCS评分、生活质量、护理满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论通过针刺联合桂枝加葛根汤治疗神经根型颈椎病效果显著,可提升患者CASCS评分,改善生活质量,值得应用。
Objective To clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Guizhi Gegen decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 70 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted in Nanyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing.The study group received acupuncture combined with Guizhi Gegen decoction.CASCS score,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results CASCS score,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Guizhi Gegen decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a significant effect,can improve the CASCS score of patients and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of application.
