摘要
目的探讨桂枝加葛根汤联合运用子午流注低频治疗仪治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将2020年9月—2021年9月湖北省中医院收治的90例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例,对照组给予口服洛索洛芬钠片治疗,治疗组行桂枝加葛根汤联合子午流注低频治疗仪治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后VAS评分及JOA评分,评价临床疗效及短期复发率情况。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率88.89%明显高于对照组71.11%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后VAS评分降低,JOA评分升高,且治疗组各项指标评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组短期复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝加葛根汤联合运用子午流注低频治疗仪治疗颈型颈椎病疗效明确,可以有效缓解颈项部疼痛、僵硬,改善颈椎功能活动。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Guizhijiagegen decoction combined with the use of Ziwuliuzhu low frequency therapy instrument in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of cervical type.Methods Ninety cases of cervical spondylosis of cervical type patients admitted to Hubei Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral loxoprofen sodium tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Guizhijiagegen decoction combined with Ziwuliuzhu low frequency therapy instrument.The VAS score and JOA score before and after treatment in both groups were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and short-term recurrence rate.Results The total treatment efficiency of the treatment group 88.89%was significantly higher than that of the control group 71.11%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the VAS score decreased and JOA score increased in both groups after treatment,and all index scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The short-term recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Guizhijiagegen decoction combined with the use of Ziwuliuzhu low frequency therapy instrument in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of cervical type is clear,which can effectively relieve pain and stiffness in the cervical region and improve functional activities of the cervical spine.
