摘要
目的:观察桂枝加葛根汤治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效及VAS和JOA分值改变。方法:选取2014年3月—2016年3月医院收治的颈型颈椎病患者,共96例,分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用桂枝加葛根汤治疗。7 d为1疗程,共2个疗程。疗程结束后比较两组的临床疗效及VAS、JOA评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.7%,对照组治疗总有效率为70.8%,经χ2检验,χ2=8.05,P=0.018<0.05,差异有统计学意义,两组治疗后VAS评分均显著降低,JOA分数均明显升高,观察组较对照组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义。结论:桂枝加葛根汤治疗颈椎型颈椎病的临床疗效确切,能缓解病情,促进颈椎功能恢复。
Objective ：To observe the effect of Guizhijiagegen Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and changes of VAS and JOA. Methods ： Select 96 cases of cervical spondylosis patients admitted in the hospital from March 2014 to March 2016. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment. The observation group received conventional therapy plus Guizhijiage- gen Decoction. Seven days fortwo groups was a course of treatment and there was a total of two courses. At the end of the course of treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and the scores of VAS and JOA before and after treatment were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.7% and that of the control group was 70.8% , x^2 = 8.05, P = 0. 018 〈 0.05. The difference was statistically significant. The two groups＇ VAS scoresafter treatment were significantly lower, JOA scores were significantly higher, but the effect of the observation group was more significant and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of Guizhijiagegen Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis can significantly alleviate the condition and promote the cervical function recovery.
