摘要
目的评价循证护理在治疗神经根型颈椎病患者护理中的应用及其对患者临床症状的改善效果。方法选取我院2019年2月至2020年6月就诊的神经根型颈椎病患者中抽选出84例展开研究调查,按照随机数表法均匀划分成两组,对照组42例行普通护理,观察组42例接受循证护理干预,对比两组患者的疾病认知水平、护理效果、疼痛评分和睡眠质量。结果观察组患者的护理总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者护理后对颈椎病知识、应对态度以及对疾病预防能力评分均显著高于对照组,组间差异显著,结果P<0.05;护理干预前两组患者的疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分对比差异不大,护理干预后观察组患者的疼痛评分和睡眠质量评分均显著低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经根型颈椎病患者治疗中实施循证护理干预能有效改善临床治疗效果,提高患者的认知水平,促使其安心配合治疗。
Objective To evaluate effect of evidence-based nursing in treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and improvement of clinical symptoms.Methods The paper chose 84 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in our hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 for research and investigation,and divided them into two groups according to random number table method.42 cases in control group were treated with general nursing,42 patients in observation group with evidence-based nursing intervention.Disease cognition level,nursing effect,pain scores and sleep quality were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of nursing in observation group was significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance,P<0.05;patients in observation group had significantly higher scores of cervical spondylosis knowledge,coping attitudes,and disease prevention ability after nursing than control group,with significant difference between groups,P<0.05;pain scores and sleep quality scores of two groups before nursing intervention showed no difference,those of observation group after nursing intervention were significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can improve clinical treatment effect,cognitive level in treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy effectively,and encourage them to cooperate with treatment willingly.
