摘要
目的探讨神经根型颈椎病应用针灸联合推拿治疗效果情况。方法选取枣庄市精神卫生中心康复医学科针灸室2019年10月至2020年10月诊治神经根型颈椎病100例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组50例,研究组50例。对照组予以推拿治疗,研究组予以针灸联合推拿治疗,分析两组临床效果、中医症状评分及疼痛度情况。结果治疗后,研究组总有效为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05);且研究组活动受限评分为(0.97±0.31)分、头晕目眩评分为(0.93±0.38)分、神疲乏力评分为(0.91±0.32)分、肢体麻木评分为(0.95±0.28)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组疼痛度评分(2.78±1.02)分低于对照组的(3.61±1.19)分(P<0.05)。结论神经根型颈椎病应用针灸联合推拿治疗,能有效改善患者临床症状,缓解疼痛度,临床应用效果显著。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of acupuncture combined with massage for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods A total of 100 CSR patients diagnosed and treated in acupuncture and moxibustion room,department of rehabilitation medicine from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as study objects and divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=50)according to random number table.The control group received massage therapy,while the study group received acupuncture combined with massage therapy.The clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score and pain degree in the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).The scores of restricted activity(0.97±0.31)scores,dizziness(0.93±0.38)scores,fatigue(0.91±0.32)scores and limb numbness(0.95±0.28)scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The score of pain degree in the study group(2.78±1.02)scores was lower than that in the control group(3.61±1.19)scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage therapy for CSR can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve pain degree.It exerts a significant effect in clinical application.
