摘要
目的探讨耳穴贴压护理对原发性三叉神经痛患者疼痛、生活质量和中医症状评分的影响。方法以2020年8月至2021年7月在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院疼痛科治疗的原发性三叉神经痛患者70例为护理对象,根据患者治疗时间不同,分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=36)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组增加耳穴贴压护理。护理后,比较两组患者疼痛、生活质量、中医症状评分、护理满意度及不良反应发生率。结果护理后观察组患者疼痛评分和中医症状评分分别为(0.81±0.29)分和(2.99±0.48)分,均低于对照组的(1.37±0.27)分和(3.43±0.92)分。观察组生活质量评分和护理满意度分别为(69.29±5.46)分和97.22%,均高于对照组的(61.64±6.10)分和82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理过程中的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳穴贴压护理有效改善了原发性三叉神经痛患者的疼痛、生活质量和中医症状评分,未增加不良反应发生率,效果理想。
Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point sticking on pain,quality of life and TCM symptom scores in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods A total of 70 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia treated in the Departments of Pain of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the nursing objects.They were divided into the control group(n=34)and the observation group(n=36)according to different treatment times,respectively.The control group received the routine nursing,while the observation group received the auricular point sticking nursing combined with routine nursing.After nursing,the pain,quality of life(QoL),TCM symptom score,nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of pain and TCM symptom of the observation group(0.81±0.29),(2.99±0.48)were lower than those of the control group(1.37±0.27),(3.43±0.92).The QoL score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group(69.29±5.46),97.22%were higher than those of the control group(61.64±6.10),82.35%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions during the nursing process between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The auricular point sticking nursing can effectively improve the scores of pain,QoL and TCM symptom of primary trigeminal neuralgia patients,without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,so the effect is considered ideal.
