摘要
目的探究黄芪建中汤联合四联疗法对脾胃虚寒证慢性胃炎患者嗳气及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月期间海南省中医院脾胃肝病科收治的脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者108例,按随机数字表法分为四联疗法组(QT组)和黄芪建中汤联合四联疗法组(HQ组),每组各54例。治疗2周后,观察比较两组患者临床疗效、中医症状评分及生活质量量表(SF-36)评分情况。结果治疗后QT组患者总有效率为90.74%(49/54),HQ组患者总有效率为96.30%(52/54),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后HQ组患者胃脘隐痛、呕吐或下利、神疲乏力、纳呆少食评分均较QT明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后HQ组患者反酸、嗳气、腹痛消失时间均较QT明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后HQ组患者生活质量量表(SF-36)评分均较QT组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论黄芪建中汤联合四联疗法对慢性胃炎患者治疗效果明显,能有效缓解患者嗳气等症状,显著提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combining with quadruple therapy on belching and quality of life in patients with chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold syndrome.Methods 108 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency type who were admitted to the Department of Spleen Stomach and Liver Diseases of Hainan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included from January 2018 to June 2019.They were divided into quadruple therapy group(QT group)and Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with quadruple therapy group(HQ group)according to the random number table method,54 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score and quality of life scale(SF-36)score were observed and compared between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.74%(49/54)in the QT group and 96.30%(52/54)in the HQ group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,vomiting or diarrhea,Shenpi fatigue,anorexia and anorexia in the HQ group were significantly lower than those in the QT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the disappearance time of acid regurgitation,belching and abdominal pain in HQ group was significantly shorter than that in QT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of quality of life scale(SF-36)in the HQ group were significantly higher than those in the QT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combining with quadruple therapy has obvious therapeutic effect on patients with chronic gastritis,and can effectively relieve symptoms such as belching,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
