摘要
目的分析糖尿病合并慢性胃炎的临床护理要点。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月糖尿病合并慢性胃炎患者90例作为研究对象。根据不同的护理方法,将45例进行综合性临床护理的患者作为治疗组,另外45例进行常规护理的患者作为对照组。观察两组护理前后血糖水平、护理不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果护理后,治疗组患者血糖指标相比对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者护理不良反应发生率(4.44%)显著低于对照组(17.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者护理满意度(97.78%)比对照组(80.00%)显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在给予糖尿病合并慢性胃炎患者护理指导中,以临床护理指导为基础,落实健康教育指导效果显著,可满足患者护理需求。
Objective To analyze the main points of clinical nursing of diabetes complicated with chronic gastritis.Methods From August 2019 to August 2020.90 patients with diabetes and chronic gastritis were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,45 patients undergoing comprehensive clinical care were taken as the treatment group,and the other 45 patients undergoing routine care were taken as the control group.Observed the blood glucose level before and after nursing,the incidence of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction.Results After nursing,the blood glucose index in the treatment group was significantly improved,compared with that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse reactions in the treatment group(4.44%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.78%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the treatment group(97.78%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In giving nursing guidance to patients with diabetes and chronic gastritis,based on clinical nursing guidance,the implementation of health education guidance has a significant effect,which can meet the nursing needs of patients.
