感染科知信行健康教育模式在提高猩红热患儿家长疾病相关知识知晓率的应用 被引量:4

Application of the health education model of knowledge,letter and behavior in the department of infectious diseases in improving the awareness rate of disease-related knowledge among parents of children with scarlet fever

摘要 目的探究感染科知信行健康教育模式在提高猩红热患儿家长疾病相关知识知晓率中的作用。方法选取首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院感染科于2020年6月至2021年6月收治的100例猩红热患儿家长为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50人。对照组施以常规健康教育指导,观察组采用感染科知信行健康教育指导,比较两组家长的疾病相关知识知晓率、应对方式。结果干预后,两组家长疾病知识知晓率高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组家长的屈服和回避得分均低于干预前,面对得分高于干预前,且观察组的屈服和回避得分低于对照组,面对得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对感染科的猩红热患儿家长实施知信行健康教育,可明显提高其疾病相关知识知晓率,改善其应对方式,促进疾病转归。 Objective To explore the role of the health education model of knowledge,belief and practice in the department of infectious diseases in improving the awareness rate of disease-related knowledge among parents of children with scarlet fever.Methods A total of 100 parents of children with scarlet fever who were admitted to the Department of Infectious Diseases,Children’s Hospital of Capital Institute of Pediatrics from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 people in each group.The control group received routine health education guidance,and the observation group received knowledge,belief and action health education guidance from the department of infection,the awareness rate and coping style of the parents of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the awareness rate of disease knowledge in the two groups was higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,yield and avoidance subscale scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the face subscale scores was higher than before the intervention,and yield and avoidance subscale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the face subscale score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education on knowledge,belief and practice for parents of children with scarlet fever in the department of infectious diseases can significantly increase their awareness of disease-related knowledge,improve their coping styles,and promote disease outcomes.
