摘要
目的探析神经根型颈椎病患者在针灸推拿治疗同时联合黄芪桂枝五物汤干预的效果.方法选择宁津县中医院2020年4月—2021年4月收治的80例神经根型颈椎病患者,以随机数表法分为两组.对照组(n=40)采用针灸推拿治疗,观察组(n=40)在对照组基础上联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗.比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后颈椎功能状态、白细胞介素(IL)-8、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平.结果观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组颈椎病治疗成绩评分表中自觉症状、临床检查、日常生活动作3个方面的评分分别为(7.15±1.15)分、(9.46±1.30)分、(3.20±0.26)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的IL-8、CRP水平分别为(35.45±6.24)pg/mL、(5.24±1.40)mg/L,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论黄芪桂枝五物汤联合针灸推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效显著,可改善颈椎功能,减轻机体炎症反应状态,值得临床应用推广.
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in patients with cervical radiculopathy.Methods 80 patients with cervical radiculopathy admitted to the ningjin coounty hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with acupuncture and massage,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cervical spine functional status,interleukin(IL)-8 and C-reaction protein(CRP)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of subjective symptoms,clinical examination,and activities of daily living in the cervical spondylosis treatment score table in the observation group were(7.15±1.15)points,(9.46±1.30)points,and(3.20±0.26)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8 and CRP in the observation group were(35.45±6.24)pg/mL and(5.24±1.40)mg/L,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and massage has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with cervical radiculopathy,which can improve the function of the cervical spine and reduce the inflammatory state of the body,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
