摘要
目的探讨血必净联合生长抑素对急性胰腺炎患者炎症因子水平及不良反应的影响,以期为临床相关治疗提供参考。方法本研究选取2019年8月—2020年7月漯河市第六人民医院收治的78例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组39例。对照组患者采用生长抑素治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用血必净治疗。比较2组患者治疗前及治疗5 d时白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平;比较2组患者临床症状缓解时间及住院时间;比较2组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,2组患者IL-6、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者临床症状缓解时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血必净联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果显著,其能有效改善机体炎症因子水平,促进患者恢复,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xuebijing injection combined with somatostatin on inflammatory factors and adverse reactions in patients with acute pancreatitis to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 78 pa-tients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the Luohe Sixth People's Hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were assigned to the experimental group and control group by random number table,with 39 cases for each group.Patients in the control group received somatostatin and patients in the experimental group Xuebijing in addition to the treatment in the control group.The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)be-fore treatment and at 5 days after treatment were compared between the two groups;the time to remission of clinical symp-toms and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions during treat-ment was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IL-6 and TNF-αlevels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TNF-αand IL-6 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The time to remission of clinical symptoms and length of hospital stay in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection in combination with somatostatin has marked clinical effectiveness in treating acute pancreatitis.It can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors and promote the recovery of patients,with a high safety profile.These advantages hold prom-ise for a wider application of this technique clinically.
