摘要
目的:分析针灸推拿联合桂枝加葛根汤加减治疗颈椎病患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1—12月漳浦县医院收治的86例颈椎病患者。根据随机数表法将其分为Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,各43例。所有研究对象入院后均给予消炎镇痛的西医治疗。Ⅰ组在西医治疗基础上给予桂枝加葛根汤加减治疗,Ⅱ组在Ⅰ组基础上增加针灸推拿治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医症候积分、血流动力学指标、颈椎功能及生活质量。结果:Ⅱ组治疗总有效率显著高于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,Ⅱ组主症及次症评分均显著低于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,Ⅱ组椎动脉平均血流速度(Vm)、基底动脉Vm及简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分均显著高于Ⅰ组,而颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分显著低于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对颈椎病患者予以桂枝加葛根汤加减联合针灸推拿治疗,可改善患者的症状,恢复颈椎功能,提高患者的生活质量,进而取得理想的治疗效果。
Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with Guizhi Plus Gegen Decoction addition and subtraction in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis.Method:A total of 86 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Zhangpu County Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected.According to the random number method,they were divided into groupⅠand groupⅡ,43 cases in each group.After admission,all study subjects were given anti-inflammatory and analgesic western medicine treatment.GroupⅠwas treated with Guizhi Plus Gegen Decoction addition and subtraction on the basis of western medicine treatment,groupⅡwas treated with acupuncture and massage on the basis of groupⅠ.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,hemodynamic index,cervical spine function and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The treatment total effective rate of groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of primary and secondary symptoms in groupⅡwere significantly lower than those in groupⅠ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean blood flow velocity(Vm)of vertebral artery and basilar artery and the score of concise health status scale(SF-36)in groupⅡwere significantly higher than those in groupⅠ,while the score of neck dysfunction index(NDI)in groupⅡwas significantly lower than that in groupⅠ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Guizhi Plus Gegen Decoction addition and subtraction combined with acupuncture and massage for patients with cervical spondylosis can improve the symptoms of patients,restore the function of cervical spine,improve the quality of life of patients,and then achieve ideal therapeutic effect.
