摘要
目的探讨针灸推拿联合活血通络汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的效果.方法选取2020年7月—2022年5月本院收治的94例CSA患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组47例.对照组采用活血通络汤治疗,观察组在此基础上采用针灸推拿治疗,均持续3个疗程.对比两组的临床疗效、颈椎功能、疼痛程度及血流动力学指标.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的80.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的颈椎功能障碍指数量表评分及疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组双侧椎动脉与基底动脉的收缩期峰流速、平均峰流速均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针灸推拿联合活血通络汤治疗CSA的效果显著,能减轻患者疼痛,改善颈椎功能及血流动力学指标,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA).Methods 94 patients with CSA admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to May 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage on this basis.Both groups lasted for 3 courses.The clinical efficacy,cervical function,pain degree and hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%,which was higher than 80.85%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of neck disability index and pain visual analog scale score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic peak flow velocity and time-mean flow velocity of the bilateral vertebral artery and the basilar artery of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of CSA,which can reduce the pain of patients,improve the function of cervical spine and hemodynamic indexes,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
