摘要
目的探究针灸联合推拿疗法对颈椎病颈性眩晕患者临床症状、椎基底血流动力学及生活质量的影响.方法选取2021年2月—2022年2月本院收治的颈椎病颈性眩晕患者80例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40).对照组实施推拿疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用针灸疗法,以10 d为1个疗程,均持续治疗3个疗程.比较两组治疗前后临床症状、椎基底血流动力学、生活质量.结果治疗前,两组颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表各维度评分、基底动脉及左右侧椎动脉的舒张期、收缩期及平均血流速度、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表各维度评分均低于对照组,基底动脉及左右侧椎动脉的舒张期、收缩期及平均血流速度均快于对照组,GQOLI-74评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针灸联合推拿疗法能够有效减轻颈椎病颈性眩晕患者临床症状,改善椎基底血流动力学,进而提高生活质量.
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with massage therapy on clinical symptoms,vertebrobasilar hemodynamics and quality of life in patients with cervical spondylosis and cervical vertigo.Methods 80 patients with cervical spondylosis and cervical vertigo admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group administered massage therapy,and the observation group added acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.One course of treatment was 10 days,and the treatments were continued for 3 courses.Clinical symptoms,vertebrobasilar hemodynamics and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,There were no significant differences in scores of each dimension in cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale,diastolic,systolic and average blood flow velocity of basilar artery,left and right vertebral arteries,and generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)score between the groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of each dimension of the cervical vertigo symptom and function evaluation scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the diastolic,systolic and average blood flow velocity of the basilar artery,left and right vertebral arteries were all faster than those in the control group,and the GQOLI-74 score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage therapy can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis and cervical vertigo,improve the vertebrobasilar hemodynamics,and then improve the quality of life.
