摘要
目的分析中医针灸疗法治疗颈椎病的效果。方法选取2019年5月-2021年5月90例颈椎病患者进行研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组(45例,中医针灸疗法)与对照组(45例,常规治疗)。对比患者临床疗效、中医症状积分、疼痛程度、颈椎功能、生活质量、不良反应。结果观察组患者临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛、椎旁压痛、麻木中医症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者VAS、NDI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸疗法可有效提高临床疗效,改善患者中医症状积分,降低患者疼痛感,改善患者颈椎功能,可有效提高患者生活质量,降低不良反应的发生,值得广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy on cervical spondylosis.Methods From May 2019 to May 2021,90 patients with cervical spondylosis were selected for research,and they were divided into observation group(45 cases,traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy)and control group(45 cases,conventional treatment)by random number table.Compare patients’clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,pain degree,cervical spine function,quality of life,and adverse reactions.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain,paravertebral tenderness,and numbness of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The VAS and NDI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the patient’s TCM symptom score,reduce the patient’s pain,and improve the patient’s cervical function.It can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of widespread promotion.
