摘要
目的 探究桂枝加葛根汤联合温针灸对神经根型颈椎病患者的影响。方法 选取2021年3月—2022年3月在泰安市中医医院收治神经根型颈椎病患者80例研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上采取桂枝加葛根汤联合温针灸疗法,比较2组患者的临床疗效、功能症状评分、颈椎最大活动度的变化。结果 观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者功能症状评分均改善且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者颈椎最大活动度均改善且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对神经根型颈椎病患者采取桂枝加葛根汤联合温针灸治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善患者的功能症状及颈椎活动度。
Objective To explore the effect of Guizhi Gegen decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion on the patients with radicular cervical spondylosis.Methods 80 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who were treated in Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Guizhi Gegen decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The clinical effect,functional symptom scores,and maximum cervical activity of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the functional symptom scores of both groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum cervical motion of both groups was improved,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Gegen decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion can improve the clinical effect,functional symptoms and cervical activity of patients with radicular cervical spondylosis.
