摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟教学法联合Mini-CEX评价在外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年3月在嘉兴市第一医院普外科规范化培训医师42名作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,分别采用情景模拟教学法和常规临床带教法进行培训,通过Mini-CEX评价培训成效,培训后进行临床实践效果的满意度调查。结果:试验组的各项Mini-CEX评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意度调查显示试验组对教学方式、提高技能操作水平、提升临床思维能力、提高医患沟通能力及激发学习兴趣的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟教学法联合Mini-CEX评价在外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用成效显著,提升了临床实践能力,特别是非技术性技能,提高了满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of scenario simulation teaching combined with Mini⁃CEX evaluation in standardized training for surgical residents.Methods:Forty⁃two physicians undergoing standardized training in the Department of General Surgery at Jiaxing First Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.Scenario simulation teaching and conventional clinical precepting were used for training in the two groups,and the training effectiveness was evaluated through Mini⁃CEX.After the training,a satisfaction survey on the clinical practice effect was conducted.Results:The scores in various aspects of Mini⁃CEX in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction survey showed that the satisfaction level of the experimental group in terms of teaching methods,improvement of skill operation level,enhancement of clinical thinking ability,improvement of doctor⁃patient communication skills,and stimulation of learning interest was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of scenario simulation teaching combined with Mini⁃CEX evaluation in standardized training for surgical residents is significantly effective,improving clinical practice ability,especially non⁃technical skills,and increasing satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical teaching.
