摘要
目的:探讨改良Nursing-Mini-CEX教学模式在本科护生实习中的实践效果。方法:整群抽样方法抽取我院2019年7月至2020年3月本科实习护生设为对照组,2020年7月至2021年3月本科实习护生设为试验组。对照组护生实行传统一对一临床带教,试验组护生在对照组基础上采用改良Nursing-Mini-CEX教学模式进行带教。比较两组护生出科考核成绩、改良Nursing-Mini-CEX评估量表和医学生临床思维能力评估量表得分。结果:试验组平时考核成绩、操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组改良Nursing-Mini-CEX评估量表各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组医学生临床思维能力评估量表中批判性思维与系统思维得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良Nursing-Mini-CEX教学模式能提高护生实习成绩和临床护理教学质量,提升护生临床实践能力,培养临床思维。
Objective:To explore the practice effect of improved Nursing⁃Mini⁃CEX teaching mode on undergraduate nursing students'practice,so as to provide reference for the comprehensive promotion on the internship of undergraduate nursing students'training program.Methods:By cluster sampling method,undergraduate nursing students who practiced in our hospital from July 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the control group,and undergraduate nursing students from July 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the experimental group.The nursing students in the control group were taught by traditional one⁃to⁃one clinical teaching,and the nursing students in the experimental group were taught by improved Nursing⁃Mini⁃CEX teaching mode on the basis of the control group.The scores of nursing students'examination results,improved Nursing⁃Mini⁃CEX assessment scale and medical students'clinical thinking ability assessment scale were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of usual examination and operation in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of the modified Nursing⁃Mini⁃CEX assessment scale in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking and systematic thinking of the medical students'clinical thinking ability assessment scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved Nursing⁃Mini⁃CEX teaching model significantly improves the performance of nursing students in both practical and theoretical aspects,enhancing clinical nursing education quality and the students'clinical practice and thinking abilities.
