摘要
目的:探索改良麻醉Mini-CEX评估量表在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:以2018年与2019年进入医院麻醉科住院医师规范化培训基地进行培训的36名学员为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组各18名。对照组采用传统带教模式,试验组在对照组基础上采用改良麻醉Mini-CEX评估量表每月进行1次考核,两组学员均参加年终理论考核及改良麻醉Mini-CEX考核,对比两组学员年终考核成绩及教学满意度。结果:试验组改良麻醉Mini-CEX年终考核评分显著高于对照组,试验组改良麻醉Mini-CEX年终考核评分显著高于首次考核评分。试验组对教学满意度显著高于对照组。结论:改良麻醉Mini-CEX评估量表能够有效提高麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训学员的临床综合能力,提高临床教学效果,值得运用及推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the modified Anesthesia Mini⁃CEX assessment scale in standardized training for anesthesia residents.Methods:Thirty⁃six trainees who entered the hospital for standardized training in the anesthesia department in 2018 and 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 18 participants in each.The control group adopted the traditional mentoring model,while the experimental group,in addition to the traditional model,underwent monthly assessments using the modified Anesthesia Mini⁃CEX assessment scale.Both groups participated in the year⁃end theoretical and modified Anesthesia Mini⁃CEX assessments.The satisfaction,year⁃end assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The year⁃end assessment scores of the experimental group using the modified Anesthesia Mini⁃CEX were significantly higher than those of the control group.The year⁃end assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than their initial assessment scores.Residents and assessing teachers in the experimental group showed significantly higher satisfaction with the assessment model and teaching compared to the control group.Conclusion:The modified Anesthesia Mini⁃CEX assessment scale can effectively enhance the clinical comprehensive abilities of anesthesia residents in standardized training,improve clinical teaching effectiveness,and is worthy of application and promotion.
