Mini-CEX(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise)是美国内科医学会ABIM(American Board of Internal Medicine)提出的一种用于评估住院医师临床综合水平及技能的方法。胸外科教学在外科住院医师教学中是重要的组成部分,此文系统阐述了Mini-CEX的优缺点以及在胸外科教学中的应用,为提升胸外科临床教学质量引入了一套全新的方法。
Mini-CEX(Mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise)is a method proposed by the American Board of Internal Medicine(ABIM)to evaluate the clinical comprehensive level and skills of resident physicians.Thoracic surgery teaching is an important component in the teaching of surgical resident physicians.This article systematically explains the advantages and disadvantages of Mini-CEX and its application in thoracic surgery,introducing a new method to improve the quality of clinical teaching in thoracic surgery.
