摘要
目的分析案例教学法应用于妇产科产前超声筛查临床带教中的临床效果。方法选取2021年7月—2023年7月费县妇幼保健院超声科进修的18名医学生作为研究对象,通过随机数表法分成观察组与对照组,每组9名。对照组采取常规教学模式,观察组采取案例教学法,将两组不同教学模式获得的临床效果进行对比。结果观察组医学生学习兴趣以及各项综合能力考核评分结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组理论知识掌握度、实践操作能力考核以及对教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科产前超声筛查临床带教中开展案例教学法,科室临床教学质量得到进一步提升,增强医学生的学习兴趣以及积极性,提高医学生的综合能力以及临床实践操作能力。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of case-based teaching method applied in clinical teaching of prenatal ultrasound screening in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 18 medical students studying ultrasound in Feixian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 9 students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the case teaching method.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The study interest and comprehensive ability of medical students in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge mastery,practical operation ability assessment and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the obstetrics and gynecology prenatal ultrasound screening clinical teaching to carry out the casebased teaching method,the department of clinical teaching quality has been further improved,to enhance the interest and enthusiasm of medical students to learn,and to improve the comprehensive ability of medical students as well as the ability of clinical practice and operation.
