如何引导学生构建外科护理案例分析能力

摘要 目的:探讨如何引导高职护理学生构建外科护理的案例分析能力。方法:以案例教学法引导学生构建外科护理案例分析的总策略、护理程序和实战能力。结果:经过这种引导式的强化训练,学生线上线下案例分析优秀率从12.6%提升到了34.5%,良好率从29.8%提升到了42.3%。结论:只有构建了外科护理的案例分析能力,才能让高职护理学生逐渐具备临床护理、护理教学、护理科研的综合能力,成长为一名高素质复合型的护理人才。 Objective:To explore how to guide higher vocational nursing students to construct the case analysis ability of surgical nursing.Methods:Guide the general strategy,nursing procedure and practical ability of surgical nursing case analysis.Results:After this guided intensive training,the excellent rate of online and offline case analysis increased from12.6%to 34.5%,and the good rate increased from 29.8%to 42.3%.Conclusion:Only by constructing the case analysis ability of surgical nursing,can higher vocational nursing students gradually have the comprehensive ability of clinical nursing,nursing teaching and nursing scientific research,and grow into a high-quality compound nursing talent.
