摘要
专升本学生历来是高等教育阶段一个非常特殊的群体,特别是在联合培养模式下,其有着与本科、高职学生明显不同的心理特征。对此,教师必须充分考虑专升本学生的特点,对其进行针对性的引导,不断提高教育管理工作的有效性。教师要积极树立教书育人的理念;多方面努力,增强专升本学生的集体荣誉感;消除各种干扰因素,为专升本学生减压;帮助专升本学生提高对本科教育的认识;引导专升本学生做好个人规划,加强技能培训;注重学籍制度弹性化管理。
College students who have been promoted to undergraduate level have always been a very special group in the higher education stage,especially under the joint training mode,they have obvious psychological characteristics different from undergraduate and vocational students.In this regard,teachers must fully consider the characteristics of vocational college students,provide targeted guidance to them,and continuously improve the effectiveness of educational management work.Teachers should actively establish the concept of teaching and educating students;efforts should be made in multiple aspects to enhance the collective sense of honor among college students who have been promoted to undergraduate level;eliminating various interfering factors to relieve stress for college students;assist college students to enhance their understanding of undergraduate education;guide vocational college students to make personal plans and strengthen skill training;we also need to pay attention to the flexible management of the student registration system.
